Environmental Programs NAGPRA / Cultural Preservation
The Delaware Nation Environmental Programs will protect, enhance, promote, preserve and regulate our native lands, water and air for the health and welfare of the Delaware Nation Community and tribal members.
 
The NAGPRA/Cultural Preservation Office is committed to the preservation and protection of Lenape archaeological sites, tribal heritage, culture, language, and religion.
Tax Commission Division on Aging
The General Revenue and Taxation Act of 1996, Section 1-101. Tax Commission Created. There is hereby created, ordained, and chartered with respect to the Delaware Nation, a public body politic to be known as the “DELAWARE NATION TAX COMMISSION”

From the results of the Needs Assessment, the Delaware Nation - Division on Aging Nutrition Program determined that the following objectives would be most effective to meet the needs of the native population: nutrition services, transportation, chore services, information, assistance and family support.

Housing Family and Social Services
The Western Delaware Indian Housing Authority (WDIHA) operates a variety of housing assistance programs using funds from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development's Indian Housing Block Grants and funds appropriated by the Delaware Nation.
The Social & Family Services consist of social and family services as well as Education and Community Outreach Programs for the benefit and welfare of the Delaware Nation members that may not meet the program criteria of federally funded education programs .
Economic Development Vocational Rehabilitation
